On October-10-2013 i did not improve on the curl-ups because i think that i was not trying hard enough on them but i did improve in the push-ups because i was practicing them 5 times a week and 3 timed a day. i think i tried my best on the pushups because i increased my pushups from 25 to 35 and with the curl ups i think i did not try mt best because i did not go higher than my regular number that i could not accomplish. i think to improve my curl-ups by training and do at least once a day and to improve my pushups by keep doing them 5 times a week and im going to keep it a a low 2 times a day.
